So I am now 10 months off the depo shot and my body is slowly coming back to normal so I decided to use OPK to help track if I’m ovulating. I got a positive OPK all day yesterday (very positive) and then this morning I had a little spotting. I’m on CD 17 and last month my cycle was only 19 days. Does this mean my period is coming? Or is spotting normal on ovulation day? Help is much appreciated!
