Daycare Work While Pregnant

I am 25 weeks and 6 days pregnant, and I am a preschool teacher at a daycare. My boss moved me into the 1yr old room, so I have 6 one year olds to care for all day. I do a LOT of bending, and I have to pick them up to put them on the changing table over and over again. I can't put it on the floor, and I'm not sure what to do.

It's getting very very uncomfortable to pick them up over and over. Some of them are built like little tanks, heavy kids for sure. So I'm probably lifting 25-35 pounds 6 times over, multiple times a day. I can't request more kids for my room to get an Aide, cause we don't have any more 1yr olds. And she always looks at me crazy if I ask to be assigned to a new room.

I have started applying at new jobs, just because she has no respect for my doctor appointment schedule and all that. And just simply because working 8:30am-6:00pm every day of the week is getting really exhausting, the heavy lifting is wearing me out.

I just need advice or suggestions on what I should do in the meantime til I get hired elsewhere. Should I put in a two weeks notice? Should I try and talk to her again about it? Am I just whining? I'm worried about continuing to lift these kids at this pace as I get close to the third trimester.
