Pregnancy after ectopic

Anyone had a successful pregnancy after an ectopic I’m currently 4 weeks 2 days and I’ve felt some twinges either side (had my right tube removed) and some period pain here and there all to me seems normal so far I’m just worried. Scans in 9 days can’t come quick enough I’ll be 5 weeks 4 days x
