First Post, new to a few things, sorry for the long post in advanced

I started seeing a new OBGYN, love then to death, they instantly asked a bunch of questions, determined I am not ovulating on my own, started me on Femara 2.5mgx2 daily from cycle day 5-9, did that got a high opk cycle day 8, BD that night, continued to test, was getting lighter each day, about 3 days after I quit testing something told me after work on CD 16 to test, I took one BLAZING positive finally hit my peak, test again later that day, still extremely positive, BD that night as well. Now I am on cycle day 19, my cervix is so high I cannot feel it, maybe just the tip of it honestly, and I have creamy CM, what are the chances I conceived this month do you think? I should note my hubby and I have been TTC for 3 years now. TIA
