Hi all,

I was ten weeks yesterday. I had quite bad cramps/twinges in my abdomen until now, but they have been gone the past few days. I was really stressed about work on Wednesday night and only slept four hours, since then I haven’t felt any. I was also having mild nausea before and breast pain but there is also none now. We had an appointment at 6w6d and saw a heartbeat, the next appointment is this Thursday at 10w5d. I’m sooooooo worried there won’t be a heartbeat because of lack of symptoms. Any reassuring words?
