Pink discharge in early pregnancy???

I found out this past Thursday I am pregnant, yay! I went to the doctors and had a test to confirm and also did my papsmear while I was there. According to multiple apps I am 4-5 weeks pregnant. A little while ago I went to the bathroom and had some light pink discharge on the toilet paper when I wiped. Totally freaking out right now!!! I’m not having any cramps but I am freaking out! Is this normal???
