Does anyone else's SO have no problems getting hard nornally when cuddling or making out but the second its time for actual sex they lose their erection? If so has anyone gotten it checked out before and how'd ya'll fix it?

With my bf he had trouble getting hard for a period of time after he had no problems before, but we read online and it said that it’s his body’s way of telling him that there might be another health problem with him. For my bf it was just skin problems and after he got creams prescribed from his doctor everything went back to normal
