Advise!!

Hello all, CYCLE DAY 10, bled 2 days then had brown stuff every day since-

so I have had lots of pain in my right side of tummy and back all day yesterday and this morning so I thought let’s do a ovulation test out of curiosity.. the bottom photo is this morning, the *3 above* are January’s photos of tests from the exact same cycle day ( I think there’s a lot of difference and today’s seems a lot darker for this day of the cycle than before?) ....

is it possible I may ovulate soon, is this near positive ?? Just a bit confused as it’s quite soon after period to ovulate is it not?
