Is it the pregnancy hormones and I'm overreacting, or is this weird?

Ok, maybe I'm totally overreacting to this, but.. does anyone else have acquaintances or friends asking to see pictures of your bump?

I have an acquaintance in my life that has asked me regularly, since I got pregnant to send her pictures of my bump. I don't ever do it because it makes me really uncomfortable that someone that barely knows me would even ask me that. I am a pretty private person, I don't really post pictures like this on social media, and I don't like posing for pictures because I just feel like a beached walrus most days. You know, the ones where they're trying to roll over? Yeah, that's me.

I've tried stating that my husband and I are keeping our pregnancy, and everything about it as a special time between us, and I'm just not comfortable sending those pictures. But it's relentless, at least once or twice a month she asks. I mean, it's getting really weird and uncomfortable.

Has this happened to you? How did you handle it? 😥
