losing weight

I’m more worried about my fitness than my actual appearance, but it still bothers me that I have bigger legs than other girls. I really want to lose some weight so I can improve my fitness but also to reduce my legs. I’ve heard that eating breakfast boosts your metabolism, but I never have time for breakfast in the mornings. I’m also trying to drink more water.
