Weight loss - HELP

I’m going on a beach trip with my boyfriend the last week of July and it’ll be just the two of us. Im trying to lose at least 30 pounds or somewhere around there before we go. I’m always so self conscious in a bathing suit and I don’t wanna feel that way when we go. I’m a sophomore in college and it’s so hard to eat healthy and find the energy to go to the gym. I weigh 210 now and feel like a fat bum 😂🙂 Any tips or recommendations are extremely appreciated!
