Have you waited till birth to find out the gender?

Question

I was planning on doing a gender reveal but my SO told me i can find out but he would like to wait until birth. Well if he can wait i feel like that would motivate me to be patient and wait with him! 
I just think about being prepared like with clothse and what not and also while talking to him her while in my belly being able to call him or her by name. 
Would you recommend waiting? What were your thoughts?

We’re waiting also! Truthfully, babies don’t need many clothes at first. Get your onesies and some gender neutral stuff, but as soon as you give birth and people start to visit, you can almost guarantee everyone will bring you a gender specific outfit! I love that we don’t know. I’m 100% convinced boy and my husbands 100% convinced girl! It will be exciting in the delivery room to see who’s right:) and I love my nursery- I don’t plan on changing anything after baby is born

My husband and I waited with both of our kids and it honestly was such an amazing surprise! We painted the nurseries shades of gray and then added splashes of color after they were born. It’s special either way but not knowing for us was just really cool. My husband was the one that wanted to wait initially and asked me what an awesome thing it was to leave it a surprise because there aren’t a ton of them that you both get to find out together. It’s a surprise no matter what when you find out! I got a ton of clothes too after each of them were born so I think regardless if you get clothes before or after, they wear a lot of one pieces and go through many outfits per day. I bought an outfit for each gender for each time I gave birth and kept the one I didn’t use in their collection of stuff I’m saving for them. Hope that gives you a bit of insight! Whatever you guys decide will be great!

I'm waiting for our 2nd first we found out. Since we saved his clothes I have bought some newborn girl clothes so I have a mix of both.

Husband and I are waiting. I give zero fucks what gender it is so it’s easy 😂 We’re doing everything super gender-neutral and planned to do that anyway
