Scratching in sleep??

Recently I’ve been waking up with scratches on my face and arms. They aren’t too deep or big but some do have scabs on and have bled a little.

I was thinking it might be something to do with my dreams because I have some pretty weird and scary dreams but I can’t remember any of them now.

This has happened before but it stopped after a while and I wasn’t too concerned but now the scratches have started bleeding I’m getting a little worried. Has this happened to anyone else?? Do you have any idea what it could be??
