Symptoms so far?

I wanted to see what you ladies are going through so far. I know we all found out recently that we are pregnant but I was curious how everyones doing.
I'm 4 weeks today, bfp was on Saturday. So far I've been extremely tired but am having a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. My boobs hurt so much. I had some brown blood this morning but only a little wipe worth, nothing since.

I found out last Friday and I tested because I had a horribleeeeee headache and It made me nauseous. Since then I have had a couple headaches but nothing major bc I have been trying to drink a lot of water. I also have been so hungry all the time! I can eat and then shortly after I need a snack! Oh and minor cramps like I am going to start. I even keep checking for blood and nope. I am 4 weeks 3days. Today my symptoms weren’t bad at all and that kind of made me nervous. I have been so paranoid and I want everything to be ok!

4 weeks 3 days. I'm extremely hungry all the time, I can't sleep at night, I wake up really early and can't go back to sleep, sensitive yo smells, and cravings for salty foods

4 weeks 6 days and my main symptom is I am always STARVING! I'll eat and then I'll be hungry again like 10 minutes later lol. Otherwise I'm feeling shortness of breath and my heart rate is super high compared to normal.

5 weeks 3 days and just VERY tired. I sometimes feel bloated at the end of the day. But nothing else thankfully!!

I had 3 drops of brown blood the day I was supposed to start my period (5 days ago) and nothing since. But since I got my BFP I have had super store and heavy boobs, they also seen bigger already?? IDK how.... And I've had super mild cramps off and on every day

I’m 5 weeks 1 day. So far I’ve had nausea in the mornings, exhausted, light cramps in lower belly, emotional, and food aversions

Today I am 5 weeks and 3 days. I’m feeling nauseas in the morning. I’ve had a few vomits but only when I haven’t had breakfast otherwise it’s just nausea. My boobs are super sore and feel swollen. I’m tired a lot. I fall asleep really easily but have been waking up in the middle of the night. Husband says that I’ve been moody but I don’t think it’s that bad. 
I am so anxious. I just hope that everything is going ok. I have been TTC for four years. We had a chemical pregnancy last month and I just hope that this pregnancy goes well. 
I’m so worried that I’ll go to my 6 week scan and something will be wrong. So I dunno, maybe my anxiety levels are also a symptom?

Just super tired and super hungry! Have to carry snacks every where I go, I knew I was pregnant the moment I had to have breakfast ( because I hate eating before 11 lol) even my hubby new cause it was the first symptom I had with the last pregnancy but the fatigue is the worst sometimes. But other then that just started nauseous if I don’t eat when I am hungry, I am grateful for no crazy symptoms yet

5 weeks. Tummy grumbling all the time, some cramping. Banana made me feel nauseated this morning...i gave it the stink eye & kept eating it. Theyre my go to morning tea!
