First time mom - parents support

My husband and I are preparing for our first child. My parents have been over the top supportive. My mom has already sowed SO MANY hand made baby clothes and blankets. She bought us a changing table and even decor for the nursery. My dad has taken over paying for my student loans so we have more money to pay for medical expenses. I am so overwhelming thankful and blessed. I want some way to let my parents know just how truly grateful we are. Of course I say "thank you" - but that does not quite do it. I would love to buy them some gifts but we are short on money and saving for baby. ... any ideas how to express our gratitude?! ... I should mention both our parents live on the other side of the country. We can't exactly do a surprise visit or cook dinner.
