I have been getting positive pregnancy results but now I have see some blood.. no pain no cramping... had a missed miscarriage in December 2018.. please help me!!! 😢😢🤯

Sometimes you can get a false positive after you lose your baby because it takes a while for the body to flush out the HCG hormone.

Sounds like a chemical pregnancy. I’d call the doctor, let them know what’s going on, and see if they want you to come in for serial beta levels. 💕💕

I did this and turned out to be ectopic! Have the doctor test hcg levels every 48 hours to see the trend of them! Best of luck hopefully it sticks and in the right place!
