Snotty Discharge

Hi ladies, I am a first time mom and I just have a few concerns. Today after I peed there was discharge on the toilet paper that looked like someone had blown their nose, and it was also a tint of yellow. I don’t have any symptoms of an infection and I normally have a lot of discharge however this kind of alarmed me because it looked different than usual. I am only 21 weeks so I am a bit nervous. Just wanted to hear of others experiences. I did call the doctor but the nurse didn’t answer and I have an appointment next week so I don’t want to make a big fuss out of something if it is actually nothing.
