Quick and Easy Dinners?

Question

So now that our baby is 4 mo old and is becoming more active I'm finding less time to cook. I'm cooking for 5. Me, my husband, and our niece and 2 nephews that live with us. Does anybody have any quick and easy one pot meals? Or quick and easy crock pot meals that are yummy? Currently have ranch chicken and potatoes in my slow cooker for this evening. Thanks yall!!

We’ve done all of these in the crockpot. I love prepping them at night & throwing them on low in the morning. Totally worth coming home to a hot meal.
