At what age did you take the bottle from your baby?

When and how long did it take for your baby to come off the bottle?

We started at 10 months and was completely off by 13 months.

My daughter is 7 months and is breastfed so theres not really a lot of use for bottle
Or sippy cup but when i pump or give her water it’s in a sippy cup now

For my first child the week he turned 1. Did everything by the book for switching and had no problems. For my second child we did the same exact think with no luck. He's now 2.5, but has sensory processing disorder.

We were bottle free between 9 and 10 months old. There's absolutely no need for them past 12 months so it was non-negotiable that we get her off them before her first birthday.

I started putting pumped breast milk in sippy cups at nine months old. We did not completely take the bottle away, but we gradually stopped giving it to her. By 11 months, she was completely off the bottle. Our goal was 12 months, but 11 was even better.🤷🏾‍♀️

Right before a year we started an easy transition sippy with bottle at nighttime only. About two weeks after her first birthday she didn’t have her bottles anymore or seem to care.

After a year i started transition. My son was the hardest, maybe the longest.  He was still on formula until 5 1/2 so he associated formula with a bottle. Then i was babysitting another little girl at the same time. So he kept stealing hers. But when i was fed up. I threw them away. Cold turkey. After i was satisfied they were comfortable with the cup. Did this with all 4.

My daughter is 14 months and still drinks from her bottle. She’s not a fan of sippies. She’ll drink from a cup at some point, so I’m not in any hurry to switch her away from it
