Is it to early to try again?

Our sweet baby Kenna Marie Craig was born sleeping Feb 8 2019, at 19 weeks in utero she was diagnosed with Trisomy 18, which is basically terminal, some babies live but she did not. It’s currently been 3 and a half weeks and I so desperately want to have another baby. I’m 41 and my husband is 49. How long after a birth were you able to get pregnant again?

Im So sorry for your loss, you've chosen such a lovely name and very unique, she really is beautiful! 
I lost my daughter also at 26 weeks on September 29th 2018, due to an extremely rare generic condition, that was never picked up on scans. My waters went at 22 weeks and she was born at 26 weeks via C section due to maternal sepsis and passed 5 hours later. 
Due to my section I've been forced to wait, but I'm now 5 months post, and have started trying again. Something which my doctors and midwives are also encouraging! So as long as there's no medical reason ie. C section, do whatever feels right for you.

I would wait until your post op appointment and ask your doctor. That’s what I ddI after my daughter passed and I was pregnant the next month.

I am extremely sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you snd your family. We had our daughter September 14th 2018 and she passed 4 days later. She was full term. We are currently 16 weeks pregnant with our rainbow. We managed to catch the first egg in November. So I was not pregnant for 8 weeks. It is hard. And the emotions are real. But whenever you are ready, that is the right time. And trust me everyone will have input on what’s best for you. But only you and your doctor can determine that. You can get pregnant immediately...very easy to get pregnant after giving birth

I’m so sorry for your loss. We lost our son at 21 weeks to trisomy 18 in August. I was in the exact same boat. I wanted to try again right away. Unfortunately my body just wasn’t ready as I never had a post partum period and ended up waiting 3 months before going back to fertility treatments. I know right now it feels like all you want is to fill this hole in your heart with a healthy baby. No one else can tell you how long you should wait to fill that void. Its whenever you’re emotionally ready and your doctor says it’s safe... ❤️

I’m so sorry about your sweet baby 😢. I know there are no words that I or anyone can say to erase the pain you are feeling. 
As far as trying again, technically you can start when you get your period again. You can start tracking your cycle and seeing when you ovulate. Some women need more time to heal emotionally. It’s really up to you.
My aunts first baby had a terminal heart condition. She still carried him to 37 weeks and he was born still. She got her period back a few months later I’m assuming because she had my cousin a little over a year after she lost her baby.
