I know I didn’t ovulate when Glow said I did but this is so confusing ?? I temp every day at the exact same time.

Temps can be erratic for some people even if they don’t have hormonal imbalances or PCOS (but I would look into it just in case - no point is wasting time!). Do you get up a lot during the night? You could try temping vaginally or using something like ovusense to track your temp all night. And you definitely need to take temps in context with opks and cervical mucus/position.
