Bloody show but no dilation??

Anyone every have their bloody show but then when checked weren’t even dilated?

I had mine this morning and when I just got a cervical check now, she said I’m still at 0.

This is my first baby and I’m already a few days overdue.

Any encouraging stories of ppl having this and then going into labor soon even tho still at 0 now? I’m getting impatient and wanna have baby before my induction date!
