My Parents Accusing me of Child abuse

What do I do when my Parents are accusing me of child abuse?! Saying I "always" grab my child by his hair, "shower him with very hot or cold water", and "always smacking him in the hand" according to them, when its not true! Anyone going or have been through this?!
