I'm a postpartum mom .. it's been one week, and I deliver 2 w earlier... I couldn't planned anything. Please I love pretty much everything of food hahahah   I accept ideas, recipes...

Grilled cheese and tomato soup is my go-to when I'm too exhausted to think. 
Also when I actually cook, I make enough for leftovers - some to eat later in the week, some to freeze for "free meals" a month or so later. 
I'm also a big fan of crock pots. If you use crock pot liners (near saran wrap in grocery store) it makes clean up soooo easy. Check out google or pinterest for easy recipes.

I'm not quite sure if you will like these recipes. 🤷‍♀️
1. Baked chicken with salad or rice (I love rice lol)
- chicken breast put salt, pepper, Italian herbs (I just buy the mixed ones) and cut lemons on top then just bake it. I marinate a lot and just put them in a zip lock bags in the freezer. Bake 180c or 200c for 20 mins if chicken breasts are not Too thick? Sorry I don't follow baking method Im just eyebowling it. 😅 Or you can just pan fry them. Then mix salad and Italian dressing.
2. Chicken and corn soup with toast
- saute onion, garlic and diced chicken breast season with salt and pepper. Add water or chicken stock and corn kernels (I use canned ones) let it simmer then add Cornstarch diluted in water and beaten eggs at the end before turning the stove off. Garnish with spring onions.

3. Breaded chicken and Cabbage salad with Sesame dressing.
- if you can buy premade breaded chicken or do the usual flour, egg and breadcrumbs. And deep fry them. Then thinly sliced Cabbage and Sesame dressing or any salad of your choice.

4. Oven baked fish.
- almost the same with chicken but I cover it with foil so it can steam. Put baking paper at the bottom before adding fish, butter, salt, pepper, Italian herbs and sliced lemons on top cover with foil then bake. Then add salad of your choice (in this picture I had Thai salad with it just any salad mix then Thai dressing)

5. Sweet and sour chicken/fish/pork.
- marinate meat with salt and pepper, coat with beaten eggs then flour mixed with cornflour and fry then set aside.
Saute onion, garlic, carrots, bell pepper and pineapple (from can again, 😂) then add store bought sweet and sour sauce.

Baked chicken with cut root veggies.
Season chicken thighs or drumsticks however you like, cut potatoes, sweet potatoes and carrots in one inch pieces. Put veggies at bottom drizzle a little Olive oil and sprinkle a little salt and pepper. Add a tiny bit of water. Bake in oven at 375 for about forty five minutes maybe a little longer depending on how thick the meat is.
