Spotting after sex during fertile period before ovulation... hurt chances while TTC??

I’m in my fertile period and will likely ovulate tomorrow or Friday (have “high” readings and expect “peak” tonight based on my history). We BD-ed last night and maybe it was more aggressive than usual (didn’t seem like it?) and I had a good amount of bright pink spotting afterwards, which continued as brown spotting overnight and into this morning. I’m using a light tampon this morning just to keep my liner clean, but it seems like it’s slowing down. I’ve also had mild cramping and intermittent sharp pain twinges since last night that are improving.

I’m thinking it was just some mild damage from BD-ing since it’s getting better, but I’m worrying that the blood will be harmful to any sperm that made the trip. I’m doubtful it’s ovulation cramping/spotting because I’ve NEVER had that before (I rarely rarely spot mid cycle at all) and I haven’t ovulated yet...

Anyone still get pregnant after having spotting from sex during their fertile period?? Maybe a few swimmers can get past the blood?? Thanks for the help!
