What do yall use for morning sickness? I feel sick all day and night. Please help!!!

Ginger helps with nausea. They have pregnancy ginger pops but also just ginger candy can help. From what I’ve heard.

My Dr told me to get the b-natal suckers from Amazon. They worked well for me.

My OBGYN told me to take 1 B6 vitamin and 1/2 a Unisom at night. Been doing this for over a week and while nausea isn’t completely gone it’s helped A LOT.
