Hello,

I got my NT scan today to measure for Down syndrome and trisomy 18.

Both results are negative.

The cutoff for down is 1:100, and my risk is 1:540.

However, from what I know, at my age 28, many women have lower risk ratio. like my cousin, she recently got hers done and she’s 30, and got 1:7000.

What I have read are in the thousands.

Should I be worried about this? I know results are negative, but it seems like I’m still at higher risk... 😕😣 anyone with ratios in the hundreds with babies w/o down?
