Do you get a tax return? If so, is it good? I’m a single mom and struggling ;(

No...a tax return is the return on taxes you’ve overpaid. If you didn’t pay any taxes you’re not entitled to a refund

If you are working and receive welfare then you can because then you would file taxes because you have worked and receiving welfare would not affect that unless you were found for fraud or received over payment

You have to pay taxes to file them. Additionally, the amount you receive back depends on a lot of things. Your tax bracket, credits, deductions, etc. If you worked, you can file. But a tax refund is not government handout.
