Scary Cramp

Im 10 weeks 3 days and had a ultra sound today and everything was healthy. Its been hours later and i randomly got this really bad cramp in my bottom right side. almost like a side ache but more near my stomach, it lasted for about 3 minutes I was so terrified I was about to have a miscarriage. should i be concerned?
