Higher dose of Femara

Starting third <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> this cycle. Drs are upping my femara to three times a day. Has anyone had significant follicle size or number increase? Or got their BFP? I ovulate on my own and follicles were decently sized and lining was good last time.
