Femara & hyperovulation

I chose clomid bc my dr said clomid increases chance of having multiples & femara does not.

However, she told me to use opks my whole cycle. She said she had a patient who ovulated. Then kept testing & ovulated a week later & fell pregnant. I have read that that is impossible tho! I thought ov could only happen within 24 hours? 🤔 🤔 🤷‍♀️

So... I had such a weird cycle. It may be due to the meds. However.. I could have SWORE I ovulated one day. Then the next day I thought I ovulated again.

I had positive opks for 2 days, but I always do.

Does anyone have experience with this? Have you heard of multiples w femara from 2 eggs releasing???
