It wasn't true for me. I was back to prepregnancy weight in a month with both of my kids, and unfortunately under prepregnancy weight within two months.

False... Every body is different i have 5kids my youngest is 4mo old and i lost weight pretty fast I'd lost 19lbs without doing anything i was breastfeeding but i stopped 3weeks ago during my pregnancy i only gained 1lb how that happened not sure and baby was healthy.

I didn’t struggle with that. But I also was very active during my pregnancy and afterwards.
