Weird spots

Sorry for the tmi pic but about 2 weeks or so ago i got a pap smear and and internal ultrasound on the same day and a couple of days after my vagina/lips was quite sore like they didnt use any lube when inserting both items or atleast one and i figured thats all it was then it became quite itchy and so (i know i shouldnt have) i scratched where it was itchy trying to be as gental as possible but it only made it worse and it has been so itchy and so sore every day and then shaving today i noticed some weird spots and im now worried that maybe they didnt clean something properly or i dont know and gave me something i just need to know if its something thats wrong or if its probably just irritated from me scratching
