I’ve had a sore throat & swollen gums for 3 or 4 days already and it’s not getting any better. I’ve tried to gargle worm salty water but that’s not helping it’s just burning my gums because they are so swollen and bleeding. Barely can eat anything cause my gums. I don’t have a primary doctor so the only place I could go is the er. Do I need to wait to see if it gets better or go on to the er?
