period 4 months late

got an appointment in a week with obgyn about a month and a half ago got checked for pregnancy... negative... kept having unprotected sex and today and yesterday i have bad cramps but no period it did this about a month ago but no period showed..... ive been moody as fuck too. anyone have this happen before ??
