Right ovary pain, early pregnancy?

Im so scared:( 
3 wks&5 days pregnant and i started getting mild right ovary pain the other day... 
it comes and goes and is only mild not bad enough that i have to take pain killers. 
Anyone else had this??
Ive not had any bleeding at all since my last period, yet i took a test and im 3wks&5days pregnant. I have no other symptoms

I had that in early pregnancy. Cramping on one side. It wasn’t horrible but felt like mild period pains. The pain would stop and switch sides sometimes. Turned out I was just growing a baby

You’ll be getting all kinds of cramping your first trimester. It’s normal and at that time you won’t even really have many symptoms. Some notice at 4 weeks but most women don’t start having noticeable symptoms till 6-8 weeks.

I don’t know if I’m pregnant yet. My LMP was 3/19. What I do know is I have had ovulation pain since at least October...but last week when I ovulated the pain went away and then came back. This week I am also having dull cramps in my lower abdomen as well as low back pain. I will still have right sided pain in the front and back too...sort of comes and goes. I had a an ultrasound today to check things out but I have to wait 3 days. Hoping maybe a pregnancy could be the cause but I think it’s too early to test just yet.
