Low Glucose results

My midwife opts for a fasting two hour test straight away because it’s not accurate. I did mine this morning and my results were 77, 90, and 49. The nurse called me when results came in to see if I was feeling okay because my results were so low. I was a bit shaky earlier in the day, but okay by the time she called. She didn’t know if it would mean I need to retest or anything, and said she hadn’t seen results like that before. Anyone else experience this? What has your provider said?
