I have no idea if Im in labor or not. Im 39 weeks+1. my belly felt just super tight yesterday. and then I woke up at 4 this morning and had regular contractions not super painful, like a 3 on a pain scale. and they lasted for about 2 hours every like 4-7 minutes. and then it stopped and I went to 1 every 30 minutes till 10 and then nothing but constant back ache. and then around 2 it picked up again and was having them still not super painful but lots of pressure down there and lower back pain with contractions every 4-9 minutes. didnt have anything for another hour other than some back pain and now im back to having lots of pressure and back pain. i cant tell if thats labor and I should go and get monitored. sometimes my babe moves so painfully in the past so now not sure whats a contraction and just her moving causing pain. i have no clue. my hospital is 40 minutes away and Id hate to go up and them say that its nothing i was 1 cm dialated and 50%effaced at my last appt. on wednesday.
