70% effaced with no dilation
I went for my 37 week check up today (technically 37w2d) and he said that I’m 70% effaced but I haven’t started dilating yet. First time mom. So I’m asking if I have to be fully effaced to start dilating or if I have to be fully effaced to go into labor? Or if there is a chance of labor starting soon?
