Constipation issues
I have been constipated and backed up for about the last week now. I cannot take laxatives because I am allergic to them and break out in rashes. I have a very well balanced fiber diet. I don’t know what can be causing this. I’ve been getting bad headaches from not having a bowel movement.
Does anyone have any suggestions on things I could do?
