Which prenatal gummies r the best?

I’m looking to take pre natal gummies instead of the vitamins by I’m trying to find one that has iron in it does anybody know of a good brand that does and that they like? 19 weeks today

I don’t think any gummies have iron. I just got iron through diet, although some opt to take an iron supplement.

I know I’m late but I have prescribed gummies that have iron in them and a WHOLE bunch of vitamins due to me not being able to take pills (scared). Their called Vitafol gummies and are berry flavored! I take them 3 times a day! 🙂

Uno what I using some gummies one but they made vomit and left metallic taste in mouth lol just ended up taking big horse pills one but they stay down I just take pregnancy care ones xx

I use the CVS brand. They look like sour patch kids and are super tasty. They don’t have iron but my doctor said you don’t really need to take an iron supplement unless your iron is actually low. He said there’s enough iron in everyday diet to fulfill any iron needs during pregnancy.

Yes, I don’t think the iron goes into the gummy in a palatable form. Eat lots of dark greens, red meat, apricots, etc, or take the pills. Just be wary, iron in. a supplement can make you constipated. 
Do find a gummy with DHA and folic acid.
