Fit Pregnancy - supplements..
Hey babes!
So I try to stay fairly active and I like going to the gym and working out.. I was wondering though. I'm TTC (🌈👶🏻) and I'm worried about any supplements I might be taking that aren't good to take if you get pregnant.
BCAAs, L-carnitine, CLA.. I'm trying to lose weight.
Anyways, can anyone give me a heads up of one's they are for sure a no-no and what is still okay to take?
