Swaddle?

My 12 week old sleeps with the halo baby swaddle that the hospital gifted us. He does great through the night and will not sleep without it. The swaddle tag says for use from birth to 3 months. My concern is what swaddle I need to use after 3 months? Suggestions please!

There is no age limit for swaddling, you can swaddle your baby until they’re old enough to roll over. When they are able to roll over you can’t swaddle with arms in case they get stuck on their stomach and suffocate. I’m guessing the “0-3 months” on the swaddle you have is just the size.

I use the love to dream swaddle right now And once he out grows this, which will happen soon I have a zippadee zip. I posted a pic of him in the love to dream it’s been a lifesaver

That's just the size. Just order the next size up if it's getting small!

I love the halo sleep sack swaddle! The way it is designed you can regular swaddle them until they are rolling and once they roll you can just swaddle the chest with hands out and the feet are still in the sleep sack part

Once your baby starts to roll over they shouldn’t be swaddled so it may be a waste to buy another

Halo (and I’m sure other companies) sell multiple sizes. Some are labels small, medium, etc. others are by months. My first was swaddled for a while and we used 3-6 with her until needed (she was preemie so smaller in size). My pediatrician said to use it as long as needed if everyone is getting sleep :)
