Drying out hypertrophic scar
So, I have a hypertrophic scar I've been working on getting rid of by using the salt water treatment my piercer told me to use. Well, while the scar bump is getting a lot smaller, it is starting to feel really dry and flaky and feel almost scab like. Is this a good thing?
