Needing hope!!!

I’m 23, I have a son who is almost 4 and after I had him I got the Mirena and after 10 months it started to fall out so I pulled it out. And about two years ago my husband and I started ttc, we finally got pregnant last February, miscarried in March, then got pregnant the next cycle without knowing it. We were delighted, our whole world changed for the better, our son was excited to be a big brother, we had so many hopes and dreams for our little growing family. At the 18 week check up we got the words no one wants to hear “there’s no heartbeat” 😭 we talked with our dr and said we could start trying again. We did, got the BFP last month and a week later miscarried. With all the being said, has someone else gone through many losses in a row and had a healthy baby afterwards? How long after? And could the Mirena be why this keeps happening? Could it have messed me up to where I can’t have anymore kids? This was our third loss in a year’s time.
