How much do you pump at work?

Just wondering how much everyone pumps at work and if you have stopped is your supply still good enough to breastfeed before and after?

I pump twice at work and luckily I am able to get enough for her three bottles she takes at daycare. I am a teacher though so I wouldn't even be able to pump more than I do. During holidays, I exclusively breastfeed and don't pump. When I go back to work after a break I notice a drop but I am able to quickly get it back to normal after a few days.

My pumping schedule at work is to pump at 9:30, 12:00, and 3:30. Because I hate pumping so much, I have been skipping either the 12:00 or 3:30 time and it has not affected my milk supply.

I don’t work outside of the home so luckily I don’t have to often but if I’m away from babe I pump every two hours.
