30 minute naps?

Any tips on how to get my 4 month old to nap longer than 30 mins in her crib? She won’t ever sleep longer than that during the day, unless we’re in her stroller walking or going for a drive..

Same here. My LO fights his sleep during the day. We have to take him into the kitchen and turn on the microwave vent for him to fall asleep 🤦🏻‍♀️ Do you have a swing you can put your LO in for naps? We use a swing for naps and sometimes he sleeps a lil longer.

I wish my little guy would like to sleep in the swing or let me take him for a stroll in the stroller or nap during a car ride.. but he hates all that🤦🏻‍♀️ I literally hold him and rock him and let him lay on me for a good two hours 🤦🏻‍♀️ I would love to break this habit, but it’s the only way he’ll sleep longer than 30 minutes 😐not sure how to break this habit..

I put mine on the swing. He takes 1-2h naps there

My lo has been fitting naps but lately hes enjoyed cuddling with a blanket. He enjoys it over his face. When I'm trying to get him down for a nap I put it over his face. And once he is asleep I'll put him in his crib (without blanket). Since i started doing that I have been getting him down quicker and hes been getting about 45-1 hr naps.

I can usually only get his mid day/afternoon nap to be longer than 30mins by either paci’ing and shushing or putting him in the swing or car😩🙈
