Cd 14&15 and bleeding

I’m currently on cd 15, and started bleeding heavily yesterday (period type bleeding). I’m also cramping. opk tests look like usual for right before ovulation. Any thoughts?

I have a dr appt on Thursday.. not sure if pcos could be causing this, as I have gained weight and have had terrible acne since getting my hormonal iud out in November. I’d been on birth control for about 10 years, so maybe that masked the symptoms?

I really thought this was our month :(
