3 week old

My baby boy will be 3 weeks Wednesday he’s been eating every 1.5 -2 hours about 2.5oz to 3 oz

I pump and breastfeed him but sometimes after bottle he’ll want more so I’ll put him to breast and he’ll eat for another 10 minutes

I feel like he’s eating a lot

Does this sound like cluster feeding/ growth spurt ..

he’s a big boy at birth 9.5 lbs

Pediatrician said he could get 3 oz

He’s 9.8 lbs ( he lost some weight during hospital NICU stay )

We mostly bottle feed because he never seems full after just breast alone

Anyone going through something similar
