Soda during pregnancy?

Before conceiving i drank alot of Dr. Pepper and now that I'm pregnant I have cut back but I crave it more then anything.
How much soda is allowable....

I drink a soda or two a day, as long as your not drinking it constantly its fine.

If I’m craving soda I get sprite or orange since it’s caffeine free (I use my 200mg on coffee in the morning 😂). If I don’t have coffee I treat myself to a Pepsi 😊

I don't really do sweet, but I have loved flavored seltzer water this whole time. Obviously if it's for the caffeine, it won't help, but maybe see if carbonation helps the craving?

You are allowed i think about 200 mg of cafeine a day? I’m not shure since I drink nothing but water lol but I think that’s what I heard. 
Look how much cafeine there is in your sodas
